MetalSafe S-300 / Vezlar medium viscosity sealant

Liquid Rubber MetalSafe S-300 / Vezlar® is a universal, environmentally friendly medium viscosity sealant specially developed for waterproofing, anticorrosive and chemical protection of all structures, both horizontal and vertical planes. The material is waterproof, chemically resistant, does not stale and crack, and is steady to biological destruction and the effects of a number of acids, alkalis, salts and UV radiation.

MetalSafe S-300 / Vezlar® is applying in a liquid state and forms a flexible elastic membrane capable of withstanding overload and vibrations. The material is used to protect structures from a wide range of impacts.

MetalSafe S-300 / Vezlar® is a water-based product, an environmentally friendly alternative to the conventional hot applied bituminous coatings and solvent-based protective coatings.

If you build a barn, greenhouse or want to protect your truck body, MetalSafe S-300 / Vezlar® is better to use for protection of any structure causes from water and chemical corrosion. Its excellent adhesion to almost any material makes the product indispensable.

Applying MetalSafe S-300 / Vezlar®

Liquid Rubber MetalSafe S-300 / Vezlar® is a one-component product, can be applied with a brush, roller, rubber mop or airless spray system.

MetalSafe S-300 / Vezlar® should be applied onto dry surfaces cleared from dirt, dust, oil and grease. The product should not be applied at ambient temperatures below + 5 ° C or if the rain is expected within 24 hours after applying. A fortifying layer of geotextile is recommended at the places of junctures and large cracks on the surface.

MetalSafe S-300 / Vezlar® is applied within 1.4 – 2.5 l/m2 depending on the desired thickness of the membrane. Usually MetalSafe S-300 / Vezlar® completely hardens within 48 hours. Solidification period may depend on ambient temperature and relative humidity.

Storage and transportation of MetalSafe S-300 / Vezlar®

Various capacities are using for the storage and transportation of our products, which are available in our assortment. Euro-cubes, barrels and pails of various volumes allow product protecting reliably.
