ZavLar (HighBuild S-200) medium viscosity sealant

Liquid Rubber ZavLar® is a universal, environmentally friendly medium viscosity sealant specially developed for waterproofing and anticorrosive protection of all structures, both horizontal and vertical planes. The material is waterproof, chemically resistant, does not stale and crack, and is steady to biological destruction and the effects of a number of acids, alkalis, salts and UV radiation.

ZavLar® is applying in a liquid state and forms a flexible elastic membrane capable of withstanding overload and vibrations. The material is using for waterproofing the junctions of process equipment passing through roofing.

ZavLar® is a water-based product, an environmentally friendly alternative to the conventional hot applied bituminous coatings and solvent-based protective coatings.

If you build water and amusement park or pond in the garden behind the house, ZavLar® is better used for waterproofing of complex geometric surfaces. Its excellent adhesion to polyethylene, stone, and concrete makes the product indispensable for waterproofing of ponds, ornamental pools, fountains, gutters and weirs.

Sealing around ventilation holes, drainage systems and pipes requires a material with good adhesive properties to different bases as well as the increased flexibility and elasticity to counteract the appearance of cracks and at the movements of a basis. ZavLar® (HighBuild S-200) is an excellent choice.

Applying ZavLar®

Liquid Rubber ZavLar® is a one-component product, can be applied with a brush, roller, rubber mop or airless spray system.

ZavLar® should be applied onto dry surfaces cleared from dirt, dust, oil and grease. The product should not be applied at ambient temperatures below + 5 ° C or if the rain is expected within 24 hours after applying. A fortifying layer of geotextile is recommended at the places of junctures and large cracks on the surface.

ZavLar® is applied within 1.4 – 2.5 l/m2 depending on the desired thickness of the membrane. Usually ZavLar® completely hardens within 48 hours. Solidification period may depend on ambient temperature and relative humidity.

Storage and transportation of ZavLar®

Various capacities are using for the storage and transportation of our products, which are available in our assortment. Euro-cubes, barrels and pails of various volumes allow product protecting reliably.
