AcriTech (SealRoof A-200) color top coating

Liquid Rubber AcriTech® is a waterproofing, protective coating based on acrylic emulsion. Material is presented in various colors. It is applied separately or over bituminous waterproofing coatings “Liquid Rubber“. The material has widest range of application. Not exposed to UV, alkali salts, a number of acids and is resistant to biological destruction.

AcriTech® is applied to a variety of surfaces and can be used indoors or outdoors, since AcriTech® is not destroyed by sunlight. In industrial use, AcriTech® is recommended to be applied to protect the surface from the effects of hydrocarbon and chemical leaks, as well as the long-term presence of water on the surface. AcriTech® is applied by brush, roller or conventional airbrush. Range of use includes waterproofing roofs, internal and external walls of storage tanks, metal and wooden structures, as well as protective decorative surfaces of ponds, decks, balconies and walkways.

Liquid Rubber AcriTech® is a water-based product, an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional hot applied coatings and solvent-based protective coatings. AcriTech® creates excellent waterproofing and chemical resistance by means of a flexible seamless membrane which does not crack or stale. AcriTech® is not exposed to a number of acids, alkalis and salts. AcriTech® is steady against biological destruction.

Applying AcriTech®

Liquid Rubber AcriTech® can be applied as an upper (color) layer 1 – 2 mm thick on the top of Liquid Rubber DacLar®, DryLar®, VezLar® or ZavLar®, as well as a colored waterproofing coating.

Liquid Rubber AcriTech® should be applied onto dry surfaces cleared from dirt, dust, oil and grease. The product should not be applied at ambient temperatures below + 5°C. The required thickness of the membrane is achieved by applying several thin layers.

Liquid Rubber AcriTech® Liquid Rubber AcriTech® is applied within 1.3 – 2.5 l/m2, depending on the desired thickness of the membrane and color choice (lighter colors require more layers). Typically AcriTech® completely solidifies within 48 hours. Solidification period may depend on ambient temperature and relative humidity.

Storage and transportation of AcriТech®

Various capacities are used for the storage and transportation of our products, which are available in our assortment. Pails of various volumes allow product protecting reliably.
