TilLar (HighBuild S-500) Waterproofing glue-sealant

TilLar / HighBuild S-500 – is a waterproofing high-viscosity glue-sealant, modified by polymers with the addition of inert fillers. The material is resistant to ultraviolet, alkali, salts, a number of acids, and to biological destruction. The material has no smell. Water based. Frost-resistant, non-toxic, non-flammable. The material has a noise-absorbing effect. After completely drying, the material can be subjected to freezing and thawing cycles more than 250 times.

It is used as waterproofing adhesive sealant for laying tiles, stone, granite slabs, pavers, paving slabs, floorboards and other materials. Applicable on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. After complete drying, it forms a waterproof, seamless elastic coating with increased performance characteristics, inheriting waterproofing properties and that of a very powerful adhesive sealant.

Applying TilLar (HighBuild S-500)

Preparation of the base layer

TilLar / HighBuild S-500 should be applied on a clean, dry, and free from adhesion-preventing substances (grease, dust, gasoline stains, diesel fuel, etc.) surface.

Application procedure

Before application, the material must be mixed by hand or by a construction mixer at low speed for 2-3 minutes, after that the glue is fully ready for use. HighBuild S-500 is applied with a spatula. When laying the facing material – with a comb.

Consumption

Consumption: 2 kg per 1 m2

Recommendations

If precipitation is expected within 24h – avoid usage of this material.

Notes

The work should be carried out at an air temperature of +5 to + 25°C and relative humidity no more than 80%. The drying time of the material is 24 hours with a layer thickness of 2 mm. with T = 20°C. The material is a medium-alkaline substance therefore during the work wear safety glasses and gloves. Wash off any fresh dirt with water. Cured material can be removed with a solvent (White Spirit). In case of contact with the glue-sealant, rinse the place with plenty of water and consult a doctor. When using the material, follow by the current norms in construction. The manufacturer guarantees the conformity of the material to the specified technical characteristics, but has no influence on the method and conditions of the material application and is not responsible for poor execution of the application of material and violation of the production technology.

Storage and transportation of TilLar (HighBuild S-500)

Various capacities are used for the storage and transportation of our products. Pails of various sizes, can reliably protect the products.

Sore in undamaged packaging in a dry place. Shelf life is within 12 months from the date of manufacture, indicated on the package. Protect from freezing! At the end of the shelf life should be treated as construction waste.
